Debbie Thomas, Soroptimist International of Simi Valley's founding President, passed away in October 2020.

The Debbie Thomas Founder’s Award was set up in her name to assist women who are in financial distress in Simi Valley. This is an important cause to the Thomas family and to Soroptimist International of Simi Valley and is in line with our important Club pillars of supporting women and girls in need.
