Free Workshop for teen girls ages 13 - 18. Join Expert Self Defense Instructor, Gabby Sifuentes, to learn Self-Defense Basics to build confidence in your ability to protect yourself. You will be guided through fundamental self-defense techniques, teaching you how to stay aware, set boundaries, and fight back if needed. Food provided.
