Aamina Hennings has been married to her wonderful husband, Dedrick for almost 10 years and they have three beautiful children ages seven, three, and one. For the past 14 years, Aamina has been a School Counselor and she loves helping parents and teens in any way she can. Aamina has a passion for youth and it all stems from her experience of living in a homeless shelter with her mother at the age of 15, living in public housing, being on academic probation in the first two years of her college career at Purdue University in Indiana, witnessing her brother struggle with addictions, and her everyday interactions with teens. Aamina, along with her husband, has launched a YouTube channel "Aamina’s Moment" providing parenting tips, guidance for teens, and encouragement for all. It is Aamina's desire to let everyone know, "No matter what you have experienced, you can turn things around by making wise decisions for your future."
